Nick Boivin

IP Portfolio and Strategy

    Nick is a patent attorney advising Entheos in intellectual property strategy and operations. He brings more than twenty years experience advising biotechnology companies, most recently as Head of Intellectual Property for five years after holding in-house patent counsel roles at public and private innovator biotech companies and a decade in private practice representing clients in various intellectual property related patent procurement, trademark, transactional and litigation matters.

    He is also an Instructor in Ethics and Intellectual Property at Northeastern University and has led applied learning courses as a distance learning instructor in Basics of Patent Drafting, Intellectual Property Management and Patent Information Searching for the World Intellectual Property Organization.

    He has a technical background in chemistry, including a B.A. in chemistry from Northwestern University, a M.A. from Princeton University, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
